I am currently a Research Fellow at the
Centre of Enterprise
Systems at the
University of Agder,
Kristiansand,
Norway.
After graduation
(1999), I have worked as a Network Administrator and Internet Specialist
at the Office Automation Center (OIC) at the
Arab Academy for Science and Technology & Maritime Transport
(AAST) in
Alexandria,
Egypt.
At that time, I started giving professional
HTML
and Web Design courses at
the American University in Cairo's
Continuing Education and Training Program. Then I worked as a Teaching
Assistant and Graphic/Web Designer at the Department of Information Systems in
the AAST for 4 years. Later, I moved to the
German University in Cairo and worked as an Assistant Lecturer of
Information Systems. I taught courses at the
Information Systems,
Business Informatics,
and Computer Science and Engineering

As professional certifications, I hold the
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer +Internet (MCSE+I)
and
Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) since 2001.
